Lakukan dalam masa 7 minit sahaja.

1) Senaman ala taichi, sebagai warming up.

7) Tepuk kuat-kuat di dahi. Erk!

8) Buat gerakan tangan dan badan. Buat macam happy aje..

9) Kemudian goyang-goyang kaki dan badan sikit. Buat macam tiada masalah.
